More and more, organizations are coming to see the value of professional facilitation to get the maximum results from their meetings. In his role as a facilitator, Jim:

	helps keep meeting participants focused,
	assures that all involved have an opportunity to contribute consistent with time constraints, and
	keeps the meeting moving and on schedule.

Professional facilitation proves particularly valuable in situations that involve:

	finding common purpose,
	addressing difficult issues, and/or
	getting maximum participation from reluctant attendees.

It can also be very useful with

	problem-solving,
	decision-making, and/or
	strategic planning.

While Jim has been retained solely to facilitate meetings, clients often have him facilitate in addition to delivering one of his presentations, seminars or workshops.
