Coaching
After they've experienced one of Jim's presentations, some of Jim's clients
have asked for a way to:

help their employees personally
implement his performance improvement message, |

effectively apply it to the specific
challenges and opportunities they face, and |
 |
further increase the return
on the investment they have made by having Jim present
to them. |
This has led to Jim providing one-on-one telephone
Performance Coaching for his speaking clients' employees.
On a limited basis and subject to existing commitments, you can have
Jim work individually and confidentially with your team members to help
them improve their performance. Jim's Performance Coaching is entirely
voluntary for the participants and
always absolutely confidential.
Jim's experience has shown that both top performers and those who are
struggling avail themselves to Performance Coaching when it's offered.
The common thread is the desire to improve.
Experience has shown that participation usually runs at about ten percent
of those to whom the coaching is offered.
