Meeting Design

Some of Jim's clients have a clear vision of the outcome they want from their meeting but they're not sure how to achieve it. And sometimes the vision is not so clear. If either describes your situation, Jim can assist you by advising you in the design of your meeting.

Jim starts this process by discussing the desired meeting outcomes with the stakeholders in the meeting. Once clarity of vision has been achieved, Jim draws on his extensive experience to develop a design that will achieve as many of the desired outcomes as possible. Important issues considered in the process include

	the balance between structured and unstructured time,
	the balance of internal, industry and professional speakers,
	when to use inside or outside facilitators, and
	purposeful social activities.
